Cookie Policy

1.1 This Cookie Policy explains how palmangels.co.in (operated by Zyvora Brands Private Limited) uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies, what they do, and the choices available to you. It must be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. We also use the browser's local storage, which serves a similar purpose but never leaves your device automatically.

1.3 We group the cookies used on the Website into three kinds: strictly necessary cookies (Section 2), which are always on; analytics cookies (Section 5); and advertising cookies (Sections 5A and 5B). Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you choose Accept on the cookie notice.

2.1 The Website itself sets the following strictly necessary, first-party cookies. Without them, core features such as signing in, keeping a shopping bag and remembering your cookie choice cannot work:

• _pa_jwt — keeps you signed in to your account after you log in. Removed when you log out; otherwise expires automatically.
• _pa_cart_id — remembers your shopping bag between visits so items stay in it.
• pa_cookie_consent — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics and advertising cookies, so the notice is not shown on every visit. Kept for 180 days; cleared when you use Cookie Preferences in the footer.

2.2 We do not set cross-site tracking or social-media cookies of our own. The analytics and advertising cookies described in Sections 5, 5A and 5B are set by the third-party services named there, and only with your consent.

3.1 The following items stay on your own device and are not transmitted to us as identifiers:

• pa_wishlist — your wishlist while browsing as a guest (merged into your account when you sign in).
• pa_nl_subscribed and pa_nl_dismissed_at — remember that you subscribed to, or dismissed, the newsletter invitation, so we do not show it again.

4.1 Payments: when you choose to pay online, the payment window is provided by our payment gateway (Razorpay). The gateway may set its own cookies on its domain strictly to process your payment securely. Those cookies are governed by the gateway's own privacy policy.

4.2 Accessibility: the accessibility tool available on the Website may store your display preferences (for example, larger text) in your browser so they persist between visits.

4.3 Tag management: the analytics and advertising services in Sections 5, 5A and 5B are loaded through Google Tag Manager, a service of Google that only delivers those services' scripts. Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookies and is not loaded at all until you choose Accept on the cookie notice.

4.4 The third-party services used on the Website, and where to read their own privacy terms, are:

5.1 With your consent, the Website uses Google Analytics 4 (a service of Google) to understand how the Website is used: which pages and products are viewed, how visitors move between them, and how often a visit ends in an added bag item, a wishlist, a checkout or a purchase. We use this in aggregate to improve the Website; it does not tell us who you are.

5.2 Google Analytics sets the following cookies on our domain:

• _ga — distinguishes one browser from another with a random identifier. Kept for up to 2 years.
• _ga_<property id> — keeps the state of the current visit (session) for that identifier. Kept for up to 2 years.

5.3 These cookies are not set until you choose Accept on the cookie notice. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Google processes the data on our behalf under Google's own privacy policy (Section 4.4).

5A.1 With your consent, the Website uses the Meta Pixel (a service of Meta Platforms, the operator of Facebook and Instagram) to measure whether our advertising on Facebook and Instagram leads to visits and purchases, and to show you relevant Palm Angels advertising on those platforms. The Pixel records the pages and products you view, items added to your bag or wishlist, the start of a checkout, and a completed purchase (its value, currency and the product identifiers), and sends them to Meta.

5A.2 The Meta Pixel sets the following cookies on our domain:

• _fbp — distinguishes one browser from another for Meta's measurement and advertising. Kept for 90 days.
• _fbc — set when you arrive on the Website from a Meta advertisement, so the visit can be attributed to it. Kept for 90 days.

5A.3 If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may associate this information with your Meta account under Meta's privacy policy (Section 4.4). You can control how Meta uses data from websites in your Meta account's Ad preferences (www.facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings, under "Manage data"), independently of your choice on this Website.

5A.4 These cookies are not set until you choose Accept on the cookie notice. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, the Pixel is not loaded and no advertising cookie is set. Accepting analytics and advertising cookies is a single choice on the notice; you can withdraw it at any time (Section 6).

5B.1 With your consent, the Website uses Google Ads conversion measurement (a service of Google) to learn whether a visit that began from a Google advertisement led to a purchase, and to show you relevant Palm Angels advertising on Google services and on websites that carry Google advertising. When you arrive from a Google advertisement, Google records that click; if you then complete a purchase, the Website reports it to Google Ads with its value, currency and order number. Google may also use the pages you view on the Website to select which Palm Angels advertisements to show you.

5B.2 Google Ads sets the following cookies on our domain:

• _gcl_au — distinguishes one browser from another for Google Ads measurement. Kept for 90 days.
• _gcl_aw (and the similar _gcl_gb and _gcl_gs) — set only when you arrive on the Website from a Google advertisement; they hold the identifier of that click so a later purchase can be attributed to it. Kept for 90 days.

5B.3 Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (Section 4.4). You can control the personalisation of Google advertising in Google's My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com), independently of your choice on this Website.

5B.4 These cookies are not set until you choose Accept on the cookie notice. If you choose Decline, or make no choice, no Google Ads script is loaded and no Google Ads cookie is set. Accepting analytics and advertising cookies is a single choice on the notice; you can withdraw it at any time (Section 6).

6.1 Analytics and advertising cookies: your choice on the cookie notice can be changed at any time — select Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page to clear your choice; the notice will be shown again and any analytics or advertising scripts already loaded are dropped. Cookies those services have already set can be removed through your browser settings.

6.2 Strictly necessary cookies: you can clear or block them through your browser settings, but doing so will prevent signing in and keeping a shopping bag; the rest of the Website remains browsable.

6.3 Instructions are available in your browser's help pages (commonly under Settings → Privacy).
